Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge 71

The theme for this challenge is Spring Colors with handmade flower embellishments

I have incorporated this challenge with my sister's birthday card, for my Mum to give her.

I used paper from Dovecraft Back to Basics to cover my craftworks card, I then cut frame shapes on my Cricut and also the flower shapes .  I then embossed the flowers and curled them before finishing them off with a "jewel" and some glitter.  The jewel is actally table jewel confetti lol

Some little stamps, a sentiment and some Glossy Accents later, and here is the finished article.

OMG Look at the Time lol

OMG I have just looked at the clock, no wonder hunny has gone to bed and left me to clear up the mountain of papers and embellishments I have been wading about in this evening.

I survived the blood test this morning, although I was very hungry when I came out, but I was a good girl and drove past McDonalds and had some toast at home ...

I have been doing Mum's scrapbook tonight.  All the moving over from the 8x8 is done,  now I need to start on the next batch of piccies ... although I think I can wait until tomorrow as I can't really keep my eyes open lol

Then, my sister has some more pics for me too, so I will need to get on with it lol.

Too Much To Do!

I am sitting here, with a mamouth headache and feel really iccy, I cant eat as I have a blood test this morning, but it's not until 10am!!!  Will I survive lol.

Trying to take my mind of it ... lol

I have managed to finally finish the three batches of birthday cards for my Nephews and my Mum and My Sister. 

I started to make mum a scrapbook of old photos, I started with an 8x8 album but soon realised that this was just not big enough!  So now, I have a 12x12 album, which is fine, but I need to transfer all the pages I have already done to the bigger album, this could take some time, only thing is, it needs to be done by next weekend!!!

On top of that my assignment for my new OU course is due in on Friday.

So, better get on I guess lol

Busy Busy Busy

Good morning, I sat and made three cards last night, one for my sister and two for nephews. 


So, here we go ...

I used a DL card for this one, papers from Forever Friends and some peel offs.  The image is Dottie from Bugaboo, coloured, as ever, with my ProMarkers.  I added some glitter in the drink glass and hey presto!

This is for my Nephew, he loves the guitar and plays in a rock band in his spare time, so thought this was perfect!  I used a 6 x 6 in card, and layered it with black mock leather and burgundy corrugated card.  The image is KennyK and coloured with, yes, you guessed it, ProMarkers.

OK, so here we have Nephew card number 2.  6 x 6 in card again, layered with some card I had in my stash and another KennyK image, I just love these lol, and ProMarkers.

After the mamouth upload of cards this morning, I have to make another set, this time from my Mum!  Also I have a TMA due by 25th for my open university course, not to mention the kids need to do their homework!  Busier on half term than when the kids are at school!!!

Cards, Cards, Cards

Good morning, had a few cards to catch up on, so here they are...

Mother's Day card for my sister to give to Mum.  I used a craftworks card and some glittery backing papers and matching decopage I bought from create & craft a long time ago!  Embellished with butterflies and peel offs.

This one is my sister as well, to give to our Nephew, I used a DL card, some gold holographic card and a pic of Zak Wylde, he loves the guitar and plays in a band.

Yet another for my sister, for another Nephew!  DL again with blue holographic card, piccy of a ferrari and some peel offs ...

This one was for my neighbour to give to her friend, this one had to include something Bacardi!  Again I used a DL card, an image coloured with promarkers and the Bacardi caps lol

This one is for one of the Mum's at school, some freebie papers, lace and paper roses, and the ever lovely Joy again coloured with promarkers x
